Wholesale Qualification & Minimum Order

To apply for wholesale cooperation, you need to be a legitimate business entity with related sales channels for art collectibles and model products. Our wholesale program has a minimum order quantity requirement. Different MOQ tiers correspond to different discounted unit prices. Custom Bulk & Custom Sculpture Options

Besides our existing catalog artworks, we also accept custom bulk orders for exclusive designs. If you have your own creature concepts or want customized color, size and paint effects for large batches, our artisan team can assess the feasibility, production cycle and quotation for your custom project. Custom bulk orders will require deposit payment before production starts.

Order & Production Timeline

Wholesale and bulk orders require longer production lead time than retail orders, as every piece is hand-sculpted and inspected one by one. After confirming your wholesale contract and receiving your deposit, we will arrange production according to the schedule agreed by both parties. We will send you regular progress updates during the production phase. Once all items are finished and pass quality inspection, we will arrange consolidated shipment and send tracking information to you.

Shipping & Payment Terms for Wholesale

For bulk wholesale shipments, we use reinforced custom packaging to protect large quantities of artworks during international transport. Shipping cost for wholesale orders will be calculated separately based on total weight, volume and destination country. Import duties, VAT and local customs fees are the responsibility of the wholesale buyer. We support multiple payment methods for business bulk orders, and the payment terms will be confirmed in our cooperation agreement.
